Spring Flowers Etc.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to share my Spring Flowers pattern:

I just listed this in my etsy shop. http://www.stitchorizeit.etsy.com/shop.

I am offering this small freebie here as a companion to Spring Flowers. You can make a pincushion and a fob or whatever you like. The possibilites are endless. Use your choice of colors. Please share your finish, I would love to see it.

Please respect copyright and do not share. Please refer others to my blog for their own legal copy.

Thanks so much and enjoy!

One other thing I wanted to share is this:

I have been experimenting with staining my own fabric and the last few came out like this. I really like how these came out. What do you think? Hmmm! What do I want to stitch on them? I think I am going to try bigger pieces of linen next time just the way I did these.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

  1. Love your tulip design, Maureen! Nice job on the coffee dyeing of your fabric! Did you use anything to set it with?

    Enjoy your day!

  2. Ooooh…I LOVE your new designs! And thank you for sharing a freebie with us…you are so generous. And your fabric is fabulous! The Primitive Hare would be jealous! I hope that someday you will offer it on your website. I think you should stitch something really prim on it, and put a suitably old date on it. Of course, whatever you stitch will be gorgeous! Thanks for the inspiration!!!

  3. The tulip design is so sweet, Maureen, and perfect for this time of year. Our tulips look like they might burst into bloom any day now–finally!!
